Prism-based 4-sensor line scan cameras enable simultaneous imaging of R-G-B visible light (400 ~700 nm) on three separate CMOS sensors plus a fourth CMOS sensor which collects Near Infrared (NIR) image data.

High speed line scan inspection

The Sweep+ Series provides camera models with scan rates from 39,000 lines/second up to 97,000 lines/second depending on pixel resolution and interface type.

Choice of interfaces

High throughput options include a fully backwards-compatible 10 GigE interfaces, as well as models with SFP+ fiber optical data transmission. The backwards compatibility supports NBASE-T speeds (5Gbps and 2.5Gbps) and standard 1 GigE (1000BASE-T). Models with Camera Link interface are also available.

Multispectral imaging with a single camera

Fusion Series cameras provide simultaneous imaging of multiple wavebands through a single optical path. The cameras split incoming light into two or three separate sensors with precise pixel-to-pixel alignment.

Simultaneous imaging of visible and NIR light!

Fusion camera models feature 2xCMOS or 3xCMOS sensors making it possible to obtain images of visible light bands in addition to one or two different NIR spectral bands. All within a single camera.

Custom-specified wavebands with Flex-Eye

With Fusion Flex-Eye technology you can design your own sensor configuration with two or three custom wavebands (Visible and NIR light) perfectly tailored to the food items you need to grade and quality check.

Sub-pixel rescaling with Xscale

Models with Pregius S sensors include JAI’s “Xscale” function, for virtual, sub-pixel rescaling of image output. This is ideal for color binning or when matching the resolution and FOV of cameras in existing systems.
